Lemon Basil Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups Water 1 1/2 cups Sugar 4 TBSP fresh squeezed Lemon 1 TBSP lemon zest 3-4 Leaves of fresh basil (add more to taste and garnish) Preparation To make the simple syrup: Boil 2 Cups Water and Sugar until the sugar is disolved. Transfer the simple syrup into an ice bath to cool.
