Ingredients 3 medium zucchinis 3 cups raw spinach 1/4 cup silken tofu 4 leaves fresh basil or to taste 4 tablespoons tahini Lemon zest Sea salt Preparation Slice the zucchinis and toss with sea salt and lemon zest.
