Ingredients 2 large tongue about 3lbs ea. 1 whole garlic (about 12 cloves depending on the size) 3 cups fresh mushrooms sliced 1 bottle Merlot 2 large onions 1 stick of butter salt pepper olive oil sweet paprika soy sauce Preparation Preparing the tongue: Bring a large pot of water to boil.
