Ingredients

1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers

1 cup grated pecans

1 cup powdered sugar (confectionery)

2 tbsp cocoa

1 1/2 tbsp white corn syrup

2 oz bourbon

Preparation

With a rolling pin, roll the wafers until fine in a plastic bag. Add the sugar, cocoa and nuts. Blend well.

Dissolve syrup in bourbon and add to the dry ingredients. Blend well and form into small balls, about the size of large marbles. Roll in sifted powdered sugar.

Store in a tin box in a cool place until ready to eat.
