Ingredients

2 Tbsp.olive oil

tsp butter

2 halved chicken breasts

1/2 to a 1 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup red wine.Herbs- sprig of rosemary or 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning. Splash of balsamic vinegar. Cornstarch with water to thicken if necessary. 1/2 pkge egg noodles.

Preparation

Olive oil in a heavy non stick pan and a small amount of butter. Brown chicken breasts both sides and add 1/2 cup chicken stock, red wine.Add herbs, a sprig of rosemary or Mrs Dash. Simmer with lid on 15-20 minutes. Add 3 splashes Balsamic vinegar and more stock if needed. Thicken with cornstarch if needed. Serve over egg noodles.
