Ingredients
2 thin slices Bread (preferably wholemeal) OR 6 inches “flute”
plus any of (to taste)
Hard cheese - maximum a 1/8 inch thick slice to cover bread OR equivalent of roasted chicken / turkey meat (but not skin).
Include any of the following to taste
Tomato,
cucumber,,
pepper
sweet corn,
lettuce and/or chicory and/or endive,
grated garlic,
mayo or salad dressing (a smear) to taste
Fresh Fruit as below
Preparation
No salt, (pepper and other seasonings are allowed)
Simple sandwich of which the filling is no more than 1/2 inch thick.
Followed by one of apple / pear / peach / 2 plums / 2 apricots / one kaki or other fresh fruit
