Ingredients

2 pounds navey beans cooked 1 hour.

SAUCE

1/2 Cup Vinegar

1/2 Cup Molasses

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Tsp Pepper

1 Tablespoon Salt

3/4 tsp dried mustard

3/4 pound bacon - cubed

1 apple - peeled and grated

Preparation

Cook beans 1 hour according to package (or until soft) Mix together all other ingredients. Line bottom of bean pot with 3/4 strips of bacon. Throw in one whole onion, pour in cooked beans. Pour in sauce and 1 cup water. Bake -6-7 hours @ 200 degrees.
