Ingredients
2 cups sweet potatoes
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
2/3 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/2 cup pecans,
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
Mash potatoes, mix other ingredients, pour in oblong baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread over potatoes, and bake 10 minutes more.
