Ingredients
2 10 oz frozen petit peas thawed
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 avocados, peeled and diced
Ranch House Dressing:
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1 Chopped Shallot
2 Oz crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
Combine peas, onions, mushrooms and diced avocado in a salad bowl. Ass enough dressing to coast. Mix Lightly. Makes 8 servings.
Ranch House dressing: Mix together all ingredients.
