@lbs of ground lamb. 8oz of crumbled feta cheese pinch of salt and pepper.May use sandwich buns or without.

Preparation

wash your hands.In a fryind pan spray with non stick spray.Make lamb patties in shape of a hamburger (3x3).Use all of the meat.Cook on medium heat 8 minutes on each sideBefore removing meat sprinkle feta cheese on top of meat to cover patties and to melt evenly.You want the meat well done or medium.Salt to taste with pepper. enjoy
