Ingredients
1/3 cup maragarine or butter melted
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 (8oz) pkg. creme cheese softened
1 (14 oz) sweetend condensed milk not evaporated
1 (12oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips or 8(1oz) squares semi sweet chocalate melted
4 eggs
2 tea vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300. Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar press on bottum of 9 inch springform pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients mix well ( I beat in 1 egg at a time mixing well after each). Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. cool to room temp.( I run a knife around cake while still in pan and cool to room temp.with pan still in place unlocking springform pan after cake has cooled). Chill thoroughly (4 to 6 hours or over night). Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
