Ingredients

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 4-serving package sugar free JELL-O, any flavor ( I recommend lime!)

8 oz fat free cream cheese

2/3 cup filtered water

2 reduced fat honey graham crackers, crumbed.

1 tub fat free cool whip

Preparation

Bing water to a boil in a small saucepan. Mix in JELL-O, sir well, and set aside to cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slice cream cheese into small cubes, add to blender with cottage cheese and JELL-O.

Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or until well blended, scraping the sides occasionally.

In a large bowl, fold the blended mixture into the cool whip until a single color.

Sprinkle the crumbs of the graham crackers into the bottom of a springboard pan, then pour mixture into pan.

Refrigerate for 8 hours.
