Ingredients

2 c Heartsmart Bisquick

2/3 c skim milk

1/2 c Splenda no-cal sweetner

1 tbsp vegetable or canola oil

1/4 c. Unsweetened applesauce

1 egg or 1/4 c egg substitute

1/2 lb blueberries

Preparation

Preheat to 400F. Combine all ingredients. Pour into muffin tins. Bake 13 -18 minutes.
