3 Large Avocados
½ Lemon
½ cup red onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon smart salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tomato (diced)
2-3 sprigs of cilantro(finely chopped)
1 jalapeno (minced)
1 cloves of garlic (minced)
Preparation
Directions
Remove avocado flesh from shells and chop. Squeeze lemon juice onto avocado to keep from browning. Lightly mash avocado with fork. Mix in red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, pepper and smart salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
