Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
In a medium bowl stir all ingredients except chicken. Transfer marinade to a large zipper lock plastic bag. Add chicken and turn several times until well coated. Refrig at least one hour, up to six hours
Remove chicken and grill over medium charcoals. 5-6 minutes per side. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
