Ingredients

8 oz of lump crab meat

1 large egg

2-3 tablespoons of very fine chopped onion

2-3 tablespoons of very fine chopped green pepper

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon of yellow mustard

1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish

2-3 Tablespoons of 2 percent milk

Pinch of nutmeg for top of quiche dish

oil, butter or margarine for quiche dish

Preparation

Leave out nutmeg for now.

Combine the rest of ingredients in a bowl. The mixture should fit a greased 7" quiche dish. a pinch of nutmeg on top Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
