Ingredients
1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt
1/3 cup buttermilk
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 Tablespoons red onion
3 T light mayonnaise
2 T. chopped fresh basil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. May be kept for 4 - 5 days after mixing.
