Ingredients
1 tall glass skim milk
1 banana
1 chico fruit or 4 strawberries or 10 blueberries or 1 mango
2 tbsp. soy lecithin powder
1 tsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. wheat bran
(Can add any other non-citrus fruit of choice)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth consistency
