Ingredients
1 bag of Zatarain’s Crab boil mix in a bag
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
2 lemons (halved)
2 large white onions (quartered)
2-3 lbs red new potatoes
2 packs of smoked kielbasa sausage cut into 4-inch pieces
2-cans Beer
6 ears of corn (halved)
3-4 lbs of 21/25 ct. fresh shrimp and or crab legs broke into pieces
4 cups Ice

Preparation
In a large kettle bring 8-10 qts. water, seasoning, lemons and onions to a boil. Add potatoes, boil 10 min. Add sausage and beer, boil 10 min. Add corn, boil 5 min. Add crab, boil 5 min. Turn off heat, add shrimp, boil 3 min. Pour 4 ice in boil to stop the cooking but allow shrimp to soak in flavor 5 min. Drain and serve!!
