Ingredients

1 lb beef

1 egg

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp dry basi;l

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup ground pork rinds

LC Marinara Sauce

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 375.

Mix all the ingredients together and form into meatballs (a little bigger than golf balls). Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes (or less- can get too dry).

Serve with a hot, Low Carn Marinara sauce.
