Ingredients

1/4 cup flax seed

2 Tbls chia seed (optional)

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1-2 Tbls fat (sour cream, cream, butter, oil of choice)

1 cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/4 can of condensed cream of chicken soup

1-2 slices american cheese

Preparation

Warm the chicken and soup.

Stir together the first five ingredients in a bowl then pour onto a small, microwave safe plate and microwave on high for one minute.

Cover “bread” with cheese and top with creamy chicken.
