Ingredients

I use 1 pork tenderloin (no carbs) 1 bag of sour kraut (no carbs) 1 bottle of Walden Farms BBQ sauce

Preparation

put pork and kraut in the crockpot on low for approx 8 hours The pork will fall apart when you take it out of the pot I remove it from kraut and then continue to tear apart. Then I use Walden Farms original BBQ sauce and mix it with pork. This is great and has no carbs at all. Your family will eat it up!
