Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

3 tbl sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup sour cream

3/4 cup milk

2 XL eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Butter

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, 3/4 cup milk, eggs, and vanilla until no lumps remain. Add wet ingredients to dry mixing only until combined.

Pre-heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add dollop of butter and spread over pan. Ladle pancake batter in to make 4 pancakes.

Cook 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles appear on top and underside is brown. Flip pancake and cook another minute until browned.
