Ingredients

4 C Beans (dark red, red, pinto)

28 oz crushed tomato

4 oz tomato puree

1 medium to large onion

1 to 5 t chopped garlic

2 large carrots

1 green peppers

4 T chili powder

1/2 t black pepper

1/2 t parsley

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t brown sugar

7 oz cashews

1/4 fresh lime juice

Preparation

Saute onion, garlic, pepper and carrots till softened

Add rest

Flavor to taste

Slowly simmer for minimum of 2 hours
