Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 large can diced tomatoes

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

1 large red onion, chopped

2 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp Italian seasoning blend

1 tsp basil

red pepper to taste

nonstick cooking spray/Pam

Preparation

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Make sure to drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic & spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes. Remove cover and simmer another 15 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions, and serve turkey meat sauce over it.
