Ingredients

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, sliced

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients in large shallow pan mixing well. Add steak, turn to coat each side. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours. Remove steak from marinade to grill. Baste occassionally while grilling for maximum flavor.
