Ingredients
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup salad oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 green onion, sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Preparation
Mix well. Pour over London Broil-type of cut, and refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably 24 hours.
