Ingredients
1 C olive oil
1 TBSP red wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 TBSP worchestershire sauce
few drops tabasco or Tapatio
onion flakes (to taste)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
combine all ingredients, marinade with 1-2 lbs flank steak overnight or 3 hours minimum. discard marinade. grill steak to rare/med. rare. slice across grain (1/2" slices)
