Ingredients

2 sticks Oleo

3 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa

1 cup Water

2 cups Flour

2 cups Sugar

2 Eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Buttermilk

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Frosting:

1 stick Oleo

1/3 cup Milk

3 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa

3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Bring 2 sticks of oleo, 3 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa and Water to a boil then remove from heat.

Add Flour and sugar and beat. Add in the beaten eggs, beat. Add in soda, salt, buttermilk and vanilla. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. While hot, frost.

Frosting: Bring 1 stick oleo, 1/3 cup milk and 3 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa to boil. Add in Powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy.
