Ingredients
1/4 lb. lobster meat (fresh)
8 oz. velveeta cheese
1-2 loaves wonder bread(or any soft white bread)
1 stick butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Remove the crusts from one loaf of bread (to start). Shred in the food processer or finely chop the lobster meat. Melt the cheese in a double boiler. Add the lobster meat to the melted cheese. Press slice of bread down to flatten a bit, and spred with a small amount of cheese/lobster mixture. Roll bread up jelly roll fashion starting at long end. Place on a cookie sheet seem side down, and continue until all bread and lobster mixture is gone(you may need to use some of 2nd loaf of bread).Freeze, slice into fourths,place on cookie sheet, brush with butter, bake 15-20 mins. or until golden brown.
