Ingredients
1/2 Cup Maine lobster meat
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. celery, finely diced
1 soft roll, split down center
1 Romaine lettuce leaf, to garnish
1 cup coleslaw
1 bag potato chips
1 lemon wedge
Preparation
- Grill roll.
- Combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise and celery, and mix together.
- Mound the mixture into the warm roll.
- Place on plate and serve with coleslaw, lemon wedge and chips.
