Ingredients

4 cups cooked lobster meat cut into bite size pieces.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon dill

2 Dashes of hot sauce

4 soft hoagie style buns

1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Mix together mayonaise, green onions, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, and hot sauce. Gently stir in the lobster meat and chill.

Gently split the buns so that they are open but not separated.

Generously butter both halves of the buns. then place under broiler until nicely browned.

Spoon 1/4 of the lobster goodness onto each bun and serve.
