Ingredients

1 lb lobster meat or shrimp

2 lemons (one halved and 1 wedged)

1 cup creme fraiches

1/3 c mango finely dices

1/4 c cilantro

1/2 tsp ancho chile powder

Preparation

Place lobster on 4 indiv plates and squeeze lemon from the halves over. Place remainder in food processor and blend. Spoon over lobster and serve immediately garnished with lemon wedges.
