bags (16 oz each) Cascadian Farm™ Spud Puppies™ frozen organic potatoes

cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

1

cup chopped cooked bacon

1/2

cup sliced green onions or chives

1/4

cup ranch dressing or sour cream

Preparation

Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil or cooking parchment paper. Place frozen potatoes on cookie sheet. Bake as directed on bag.

Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and bacon. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. Top with green onions, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve.
