Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten

1-1/2 cups sugar

4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

1/2 cup oil

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

powdered sugar

Preparation

Melt chocolate according to package directions

In large bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, chocolate, oil, baking powder, vanilla.

Gradually stir in flour till thoroughly combined. Cover and chill 1-2 hours.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar to coat.

Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 375F 8-10 minutes till edges are just set and tops are cracked. DON’T OVERBAKE! Cool on wire rack.

Sift additional powdered sugar over tops if desired
