Ingredients
1/2 cup butter NOT MARGARINE
2 TBSP honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup pecan pieces
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Red & green sugar
Preparation
Heat oven to 350F.
Beat butter and honey. Add vanilla, flour, pecans. Mix with a spoon.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes (just beginning to brown)
Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Roll in powdered sugar, then roll in Xmas colored sugar
