Ingredients
1 stick butter at room temp
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 large egg
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t baking soda
dash salt
3/4 c coarsely chopped white chocolate
1/2 c coarsely chopped milk chocolate
1/2 c coarsely chopped pecans
1 c dried cherries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in cherries, chocolate and nuts.
Scoop out rounded tablespoons full of dough onto cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet a couple minutes, then remove to cooling racks.
