Ingredients

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 (10 oz) pkg refrigerated flaky biscuits

20 thin pepperoni slices

Preparation

Combine cheese; mix well, and set aside. searate half the biscuits into 2 layers. shape each biscuit layer in to a 4 x 2 inch oval; mosten edgtes with water. Fold dought in half: press edges together, using a fork to seal. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet. repeat with remaining biscuits.

Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
