Ingredients
1 box Orzo (16oz.)
3 heaping Tablespoons prepared Pesto
1/2 of an 8oz. jar Sun Dried Tomatos packed in oil, julian cut
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 4oz. package feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
Olive Oil to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta following directions. Add oil to keep pasta from sticking. Mix everything together. Can be served warm, room temperature or cold.
