Ingredients
Filet Mignon
Baguette
Olive Oil
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
Crumbled Blue Cheese (can substitute Gorgonzola)
Preparation
Slice 2 Filet Mignon 1/4" (wider part of filet can be cut by half again to fit on slice of Baguette) lightly salt and pepper
Marinade: 1 1/2 cup Olive oil 2 cloves garlic chopped/diced 1 package fresh Rosemary (4-6 oz)
Marinate filet for a minimum 4 hours, 6-8 hours is ideal.
Slice Baguette, 1/2" thick Add Crumbled Blue Cheese (about 12oz) Place 1 slice of filet on each slice of Baguette Broil about 5 minutes, until filet is turning brown and baguette is slightly crispy around the edges.
Serve Immediately
