Ingredients

Chilli

1 Linguisa Sausage

1 Spanish onion

1 Serrano Pepper

1 Jalapeno Pepper

2 Lg. cans Crushed Tomato

1 Shallot

2 Tb. spoon Toasted Cumin

1 t. spoon Cayene Pepper

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 cup Parsnips

1/4 cup Butter

1 Lindor truffle (Black pkg.)

Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

1 pkg. 1/3 less fat cream cheese

1/2 jar good Hot salsa

1/2 cup colby jack shredded

1/2 cup cheddar shredde

Preparation

To Prepare Chilli-

Grind linguisa through meat grinder .

Melt butter in sauce pan add onions and shallots, saute 3-5 mins, then add peppers, saute for 5-7 mins.Add linguisa and saute for 3-4 mins Place parsnips and garlic in for 10mins then add tomatoes. Add cayene and chocolate simmer on very low for one hour.

Pre-heat oven to 400

In 9" pie plate spread cream cheese on bottom of pan, swirl in with spoon hot salsa then add chilli. Lastly add the cheese.

Bake for 15 mins

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
