Ingredients
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic
2 6 oz cans of minced clams - drain and save juice
1 tsp lemon juice
12 oz linguini
large pinch fresh parsley
fresh parmesan
Preparation
melt butter add garlic and butter and simmer for 10 min add in clams and lemon juice simmer until clams are heated through
toss in cooked linguini with parsley and pepper and add cheese at serving
