Ingredients
1/2 baby salmon, cut into chunks
16 large,raw shrimp
3 French shallots (not scallions)
2tbsp.unsalted butter
3/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup 15%cream
linguini to serve 4
Preparation
Saute shallots in butter over med. heat until soft. Lower heat slightly. Add salmon, sauteing for about 2 mins., then add the shrimp. Saute another minute, until shrimp lose transparancy. Add wine and simmer gently about 2 more minutes. Add cream, stir and simmer one more minute. Toss gently with cooked linguini and serve immediately.
