Ingredients
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
8 large cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepper (to taste)
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 bottle of light beer
2 tsp salt
3/4 lb. linguini fini
Preparation
Bring pasta water to boil and add pasta. While pasta cooks, heat saucepan. Add oilve oil and turn heat down to medium. Add garlic and cook slowly, stirring frequently. Let cook 1-2 minutes. You don’t want the garlic to brown. Add parsley and stir to incorporate. Add crushed red pepper and Old Bay. Let cook 2-3 minutes then add beer and salt. Bring to boil and toss with cooked linguini fini. Enjoy!!
