Ingredients

3 T Olive Oil

1/2 brown onion chopped

5 cloves garlic pressed

5 T chopped fresh parsley

3 splashes dry white wine (chardonnay)

1/2 lemon

dash dry basil

salt and pepper to taste

dash red pepper flakes

1 can baby clams

1 Tbsp light sour cream

Grated romano/parmesan

1/2 box linguine or thin spaghetti

Preparation

heat oil in saute pan, add onions, cook down until nearly opaque, add garlic, heat for a few minutes, add clams and wine. cook until boiling, add clam juice, parsley, herbs,and spices, cook until parsley well cooked. Add sour cream, blend well. Add grated parmesan
