Ingredients

2 tbs olive oil

6 tsps garlic, minced

5 cans chopped clams

1 cup clam juice

2 cans Hunts Italian diced tomatoes

1 cup dry white wine

1 stick butter

2 tsps salt

1 1/2 tsps crushed red pepper flakes

1 tbs dried oregano

1 tbs dried basil

1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped

1 cup onions, chopped

1 pound of linguine

Preparation

Saute onions in olive oil till golden. Add garlic. Add all other ingredients except the butter, clams, & parsley. Cover & simmer for about 30 minutes. Add clams & heat through. Add butter & parsley. Serve over linguine.
