Ingredients
1/2 lb. pancetta diced
1 small onion diced
1 large can diced tomatoes
red pepper flakes
parmesean cheese
1 lb. linguine
Preparation
saute pancetta until crispy.remove and set aside.saute onion in pancetta oil until soft.sprinkle with pepper flakes,add canned tomatos and simmer.cook linguine,pour sauce over top add back in pancetta and grate cheese over the top
