Ingredients
3/4 pound linguine
2 table spoon olive oil
4 lbs clams
1.5 cups white wine
1/2 cup bagna cauda butter
1 cup chopped italian parsley
Preparation
Heat olive oil in large pot, when hot add clams, when 1st clam opens add wine and bring to boil. Once all the clams are open, add cooked pasta and stir. Off heat add butter and parsley.
