Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup Breakstone reduced fat sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can artichoke hearts, drained

2 tbs “garlic garlic” spice (or 1tbs minced garlic, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp seasoned salt)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until artichokes are minced. Either spread on sourdough bread or transfer to a baking and serving dish. Bake at 425°F until bubbly.
