Ingredients
Salad
1 head Romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese
1 med. red onion
Salad Dressing
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup regular oil
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
½ cup sugar
1 jar of artichokes chopped (not too fine, but a little more chopped than when in the jar)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Don’t mix dressing into salad until ready to serve.
